Description of Application Fields:
A servo motor is an engine used in servo systems to control the movement of mechanical components. It is an auxiliary motor with an indirect speed-changing device.
Servo motors can accurately control speed and position with high precision. They can convert voltage signals into torque and speed to drive the controlled objects. The rotor speed of a servo motor is controlled by input signals and can respond quickly. In automatic control systems, servo motors are used as actuating elements and have characteristics such as small electromechanical time constant and high linearity. They can convert received electrical signals into angular displacement or angular velocity output on the motor shaft. Servo motors are mainly divided into two categories: DC servo motors and AC servo motors. Their main feature is that they have no self-rotation phenomenon when the signal voltage is zero, and the speed decreases uniformly as the torque increases.
Servo motors have a wide range of applications in various fields, including machine tools, printing equipment, packaging equipment, textile equipment, laser processing equipment, robots, and automated production lines. These applications require high process accuracy, processing efficiency, and operational reliability.
Product Advantages:
Our company's designed window and door control system uses high-power low-voltage DC servo motors with a rated power of 100W and operating voltage of 24-36V. The motor has 8192 pulses per revolution, and two of these motors can drive a load of over 250kg with ease.
